Toolkit - Training in the use of the Sure Start Toolkit will enhance all users’ insight into the development process and ensure maximum effectiveness in planning and development of a new business.

Individual groups may access training directly through Playlines.

Local authorities are able to access training for the Sure Start Toolkit through the Fast Track programme run by 4Children.
